Egg in an Onion Ring

I made this the other day it was so easy and it was absolutely delicious. Cut the onion so it makes rings add to nonstick skillet add the egg inside the ring and oil over medium heat covered until egg is cooked to your preference. Very tasty.

Mint Chocolate Chip Strawberry Crunch

This is fat free mint chocolate chip ice cream with fresh strawberries diced and added throughout. To top this yummy treat off I added some Kashi GoLean cereal to the top. So yummy and somewhat nutritious too!

Hunger Games Short Film

This is a short film showing an actress that auditioned for Katniss in the Hunger Games, but was beat out by Jennifer Lawrence. I just cannot get enough of this movie. I cannot wait for it to come out in March 2012.
